The Dutch Energy Efficient Mortgage Framework (DEEMF) translates evolving European sustainability regulations — such as the EU Taxonomy and EPBD IV — into practical guidance for the Dutch mortgage market. Developed annually by the EEM NL Hub, the framework supports the growth of green mortgage lending and helps align the sector with Dutch and European climate goals.

This updated framework reflects the latest guidance from European Commission Notices, incorporates data availability through EP-Online, and aligns references from the Climate Delegated Act with the new Dutch Omgevingswet.
