Jeroen Heijnen

Jeroen Heijnen is an IT consultant and entrepreneur working at the intersection of mortgage finance, digital transformation and residential sustainability. Through his own consultancy, he supports lenders, municipalities and government organisations in modernising mortgage and subsidy processes, and in making home energy improvements easier to explain, finance and execute.
 
Jeroen’s work combines strategy and delivery: shaping propositions, translating policy into actionable requirements, and building data- and software-enabled customer journeys. He specialises in applying AI and document automation, unlocking trusted source data, and designing interoperable solutions that reduce friction for advisors, customers and operational teams.
 
As a consultant expert within EEM HUB NL, Jeroen brings hands-on experience from both the mortgage market and public sector programmes, with a strong focus on measurable impact and workable implementation.
