Piet Hein Schram

Piet Hein has been a structured finance professional for over 25 years. With extensive experience in asset securitisation, covered bonds and setting up mortgage platforms, he brings the perspective of capital market financing to the challenge of the energy transition of the built environment.  During his career he has been instrumental in setting up the Dutch Securitisation Association in 2012 and more recently, the Energy Efficient Mortgages NL Hub.  As a spokesperson of the EEM NL Hub he is actively engaged in the analysis of relevant sustainability regulation and the impact on funding of green (mortgage) lending.
